We write to commend Paul Sharoglazov on the superb job he did in selling a property for Michael Bodo. Michael, unfortunately, had to vacate his unit in Klemzig due to ill health.
Having no relatives in SA, my husband and I undertook the task of clearing his unit. On the occasion of his garage sale, we were asked if the unit would be for sale, and if so, Paul Sharoglazov of LJ Hooker Prospect, was recommended.
From the time we met Paul at the unit, we knew that he was a man of his word, with great selling skills, who knew the area well, so we entrusted him to go ahead with his suggestions. Within a few weeks, the unit was transformed from a neglected state into a "mini palace", with the help of great tradespeople.

At the first meeting to appraise our property, I mentioned the result of a survey of the "least trusted" professional group/industry printed in the Adelaide Advertiser. Unfortunately, according to the survey results, individuals with background in Real Estate, did very poorly.
Mark, in relation to that survey, obviously they did not survey vendors that you have handled the sale of their properties. As you were aware, we had six appraisals done. Two of the appraisals were done by acquaintances that we have known for a period of 14 to 20 years. They also own their own Real Estate business. The other four appraisal were done by Agents from well know Adelaide Real Estate companies.
As an investor for the past 30 years, we had to be satisfied with the information provided on the six appraisals. In particular, that the proposed amount had no "Agenda" attached, in securing the sale of our property. With the documentations (x6), your appraisal was not the highest amount. However, we did a few more research, contacted you all with some further questions and sought clarification. Consequently, we made the decision to offer you the sale of our property. We certainly made the correct decision, considering the excellent outcome. Mark, OUR SINCERE APPRECIATION and WE THANK YOU!
Customarily, individuals usually put pen to paper to complain. However, I am of the opinion that it is just as important to give credit when it is due as a feedback process. We selected you because of your integrity and you outstanding professional skills. Your communication was always clear. Your academic background was evident throughout and we felt privileged, that we were looked after by the very best in the industry. You were honest with the proposed price (appraisal) for the property and the amount made on Auction Day, confirmed it. You demonstrated extensive knowledge of the Real Estate Institute regulations, policies and procedures as well as that of Auctioneers.
Mark, your extensive skills in working within the Residential Tenancies Act 1995 in managing tenants at the property was excellent. We had a very happy couple and they always spoke very highly of your communication skills, in treating them as individuals. They never at any time, felt discriminated by you because of their background. You always treated them with respect and they never felt like being treated as tenants!
